In this role, the Sales Director will develop and implement retail marketing programs tailored to the needs of key retailers, providing solid direction and leadership to broker partners regarding objectives and profitability expectations. The position requires accurate and timely sales reporting, focusing on profitable growth and identifying service level challenges while developing actionable plans to address them. The Sales Director will also be responsible for scheduling products to support sales and optimal production, interpreting market data and trends, and providing pricing guides for all requests for proposals (RFPs). Collaboration is key in this role, as the Sales Director will work closely with the entire sales team to identify annual sales objectives that support margin growth, while also analyzing key performance indicators such as VCM, ROI, and KPIs. The position demands a strong understanding of regional market trends to discover new growth opportunities and the ability to work on cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, R&D, Finance, and Marketing.
