Responsibilities

  • Lead a culture of in-store coaching, with a priority on Sales Consultants personal development needs
  • Be an advocate and role model in store coaching, demonstrating with active passion and enthusiasm
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, observing interactions with customers to ensure true transfer of training content
  • Coach individual team members to draw out their own solution to improve and develop (service, customer engagement, service and selling skills, styling, product training, fashion knowledge)
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience Store Manager and Head of Flagship on improving the customer experience
  • Facilitate the on-boarding of new starters, in-store

Requirements

  • Experience working in a multi-cultural retail environment
  • Experience in luxury, Fashion/Cosmetics/Lifestyle Brands
  • Passion for people development and learning
  • Digital proficiency and growth mindset
  • A winning personality to easily establish trustful relationships
