About the position

The In-Store Customer Service Representative role focuses on providing exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment. Responsibilities

  • Educate customers on all services offered, exercising exceptional product knowledge.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust, and growing customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a great attitude and team player mentality.
  • Comply with policies and procedures, such as scheduling and dress code guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive paid training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions to customer concerns.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
