The In-Store Free Sample Associate at Advantage Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by promoting food and beverage products through sampling at Kroger stores. Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to Kroger shoppers through sampling.
• Interact with shoppers to enhance their shopping experience and introduce them to new products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment after preparing samples.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Kroger stores each week.

• Experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
