The In-Store Free Sample Associate role involves engaging with customers at Walmart by promoting and sampling products. This part-time position focuses on creating a fun and interactive shopping experience for customers while ensuring effective product demonstration.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sample products to Walmart shoppers.
• Create an engaging and fun experience for customers.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work 2-3 shifts per week, including at least 2 days during Friday-Sunday between 10am-6pm.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs comfortably.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples.
