About the position
The In-Store Free Sample Associate role at CDS involves promoting sales by preparing and introducing Costco members to food and beverage products through sampling. This position allows for direct interaction with shoppers, enhancing their shopping experience by introducing them to new products. Responsibilities
- Prepare and present food and beverage samples to Costco members.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Assist in cooking and preparing food samples as needed.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and product reception.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable standing for up to 6 hours.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
