About the position
The In-Store Free Sample Associate at Advantage Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by promoting food and beverage products through sampling at Kroger stores. This part-time position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, introduce them to new products, and contribute to sales growth while receiving training and support from the team.
Responsibilities
- Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to Kroger shoppers through sampling.
- Interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as needed for sampling activities.
- Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
- Travel to multiple Kroger stores each week to conduct sampling events.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
- Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
- Comfortable standing for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
- No prior experience required as training will be provided.
