About the position

The In-Store Free Sample Associate at Advantage Solutions plays a crucial role in enhancing the shopping experience by promoting food and beverage products through sampling at Kroger stores. This part-time position allows associates to interact directly with shoppers, introducing them to new products while providing an opportunity for personal and professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to Kroger shoppers through sampling.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to enhance their shopping experience.
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as needed for sampling activities.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Travel to multiple Kroger stores each week to conduct sampling events.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Available to work 2-3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
