About the position

The In-Store Free Sample Associate role at Advantage Solutions involves promoting food and beverage products to Kroger shoppers through sampling. This part-time position allows associates to engage with customers, introduce them to new products, and enhance their shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Promote sales by preparing and introducing food and beverage products to shoppers through sampling.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Prepare, cook, and clean the work area and equipment as needed.
• Record work activities using a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Travel to multiple Kroger stores each week to distribute samples.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly.
• Availability to work 2-3 days a week, including at least one weekend day.
• Ability to stand for 4-6 hours while distributing samples in-store.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.

Nice-to-haves

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (not required as training is provided).
