About the position

The In Store Shopper position at BJ's Wholesale Club involves performing general warehouse activities to support the efficient operation of the club. This role focuses on pulling merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for members. The position requires collaboration with team members to uphold club standards and deliver excellent service while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Build and shrink-wrap packages for transport.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory issues and ensure timely order picking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
• Process member purchases in a fast and courteous manner.
• Support digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, and Express Pay.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and uphold club standards.

Requirements

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
