About the position

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately.
• Bag groceries and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Gather shopping carts and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Support customers picking up holiday and catering orders.
• Work in various departments as needed, including customer service and cashier roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• High School diploma or equivalent diploma.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) devices to fulfill orders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product and order accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge and customer service standards.
• Ability to keep staging area organized and free of clutter.
