Responsibilities

• Fulfill online shopping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Bag groceries and prepare orders for delivery or pickup.
• Gather shopping carts and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide support for customers picking up holiday and catering orders.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Support team to meet customer needs.
• Assist in other departments of the store as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent diploma.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile devices) to fulfill orders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product and order accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge and customer service standards.
