About the position

As an In-Store Shopper at Whole Foods Market, you will be part of the Store Support team, responsible for fulfilling Prime Now customer orders. This role involves shopping for a variety of products throughout the store and preparing them for delivery or pickup. The position requires flexibility in scheduling, particularly during busy times such as weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support Prime Now customer orders by preparing items for delivery and/or pickup.
• Shop throughout the store for everyday goods including food and household items.
• Fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain an organized staging area free of clutter.
• Work in various departments of the store as required, such as customer service and cashier.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile) device to fulfill orders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on product and order accuracy.
• Eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for at least 6 hours.
