Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in ordering meals.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and retail math.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and product displays.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards if working in a food service environment.
• Provide support in bussing duties when necessary, ensuring a clean dining area for customers.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills is essential.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus for those working in food-related positions.
• Experience with POS systems or similar technology is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
