About the position

The In-Store Visual Merchandiser at Boot Barn is responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards and guidelines at the store level. This role involves planning, communicating, and training store partners to execute in-store merchandising effectively, ensuring a consistent presentation that aligns with the company's directives. The position emphasizes collaboration with store management and requires a strong focus on customer engagement and team development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, plan and implement seasonal visual sets with Store Manager.
• Partner with store management on communication and implementation of visual standards.
• Oversee and perform daily visual maintenance for all areas.
• Train, develop, direct, and oversee store staff on visual merchandising best practices.
• Participate in weekly walk-through with Store Manager and conduct workload planning meeting.
• Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices.
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, teammates, corporate partners and vendors.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience; preferably in visual merchandising or retail management.
• Completed college-level coursework in Fashion Merchandising, Architecture, Interior Design or Art Related Field preferred.
