About the position

The Inbound Banking Customer Service Representative (CSR) at TEKsystems is responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls from customers who have existing loans. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service, assisting with various banking inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receives and responds to customer inquiries by phone
  • Assists with ACH setups and cancellations
  • Processes payments, adjustments, and credits
  • Processes mail correspondence
  • Assists customers with logging onto the payment portal
  • Calculates loan payments

Requirements

  • 2 years of high volume inbound call customer service experience in a call center
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people
  • Experience in banking, loans, or mortgage is a plus
  • Ability to handle 80+ inbound calls per day
  • Good computer skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask
  • Punctuality and good attendance are essential
  • Ability to adjust work schedule for coverage and work overtime
  • Good tenure and work history

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in banking, loans, or mortgage
