About the position

The Inbound Business Development Representative at Townsquare Interactive plays a crucial role in helping small to medium-sized businesses enhance their web presence. This position focuses on qualifying inbound leads and converting them into sales opportunities, with a strong emphasis on achieving sales goals and earning uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Master pre-defined talk tracks to guide prospect conversations.
  • Qualify inbound leads as sales qualified prospects.
  • Make 250+ outbound dials daily and engage with 40-50 prospects.
  • Facilitate 3+ qualified demo transfers to Account Executives.
  • Set individual and team goals and collaborate with a Sales Manager to exceed these goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required).
  • Drive and competitiveness to achieve sales goals.
