About the position

The CSR II position is a customer service role focused on interacting with customers to provide information about products and services, as well as resolving complaints. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining accurate records of interactions. The role is contract to hire and is fully onsite in Burlington, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Contact customers to notify them of any issues or problems related to their inquiries.
  • Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Perform lab work as required, including pulling priority samples and taking them to the testing bench.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous call center and customer service experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience handling reports is necessary.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems.
