About the position

The Customer Service position at Adecco is focused on providing support for a local medical device manufacturer. This role is essential in a rapidly expanding call center, specifically for the second shift, and involves processing orders and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic clerical duties
  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area
  • Meet all quality, quantity, and good clerical practices
  • Process orders from telephone in Oracle based program
  • Proofread orders before booking them
  • Utilize catalog searching and Outlook for customer inquiries

Requirements

  • Prior call center experience of at least one year
  • Experience with Oracle based order processing system
  • Very clear and pleasant working voice
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Experience with multi-screen applications
  • Ability to multitask under pressure
  • Experience with Excel
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screen
