Turtle Peak LLC is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as full-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch service through emails, phone calls, live chat, and social media.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a smile.
- Listen to customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
- Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Stay calm and composed while handling conflicts and diffusing tension.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- Strong technical skills, including MS Office Suite and web browsing.
- Able to pass a background check.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Google Suite (1 year preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
