About the position

The Inbound Customer Success Representative at AeroSafe Global is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound calls, facilitating the return of leased assets, and supporting inventory management. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving company revenue, with a focus on problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the highest level of Customer Service on a daily basis.
  • Manage, direct, and resolve heavy inbound calls from customers throughout the day.
  • Identify customer needs, investigate situations, and provide solutions for issues presented.
  • Diffuse difficult customer situations.
  • Multi-task competing priorities in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Follow Customer Success Team SOPs and WI's when handling different topics, including tracking, documentation, and metrics associated with AeroSafe assets utilizing excel and in-company CRM.
  • Maintain data integrity within company CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with team members and coordinate solutions for customers.
  • Interface with multiple internal business functions.
  • Establish and maintain good customer relations with both internal and external customers.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Associate degree, or a minimum of 2-3 years of applicable experience.
  • Customer Focus and service oriented.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness/desire to research information to find solutions to problems.
  • Persistence when specific tasks are challenging.
  • Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high production work environment.
  • Outstanding communication (written & verbal) skills.
  • Solid decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
  • Self-starter, motivated and driven to exceed goals.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC Knowledge including experience with Excel.
