About the position
The Inbound Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing warehouse operations with a focus on high volume and complexity. This role involves overseeing all inbound activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety within the team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise frontline receiving personnel to ensure all inbound functions are accomplished efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure all team associates understand and operate within the organizational, operational, inventory controls, safety, and service policies and procedures.
- Coach, train, direct, and counsel operational associates on overall performance.
- Define productivity expectations and efficiencies; monitor progress regularly.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for employee development and performance improvements.
- Ensure safety compliance of all team members.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience or equivalent education and related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Warehouse Management systems.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
