About the position
The Logistics Coordinator at Zimmer Biomet OrthoSolutions is responsible for managing the inbound logistics of medical devices, ensuring timely processing of returns, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role is crucial in supporting the operations team and ensuring that all products are correctly stocked and assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Check in returning implants and instruments in a timely manner
- Handle daily receipts
- Prioritize urgent needs from coordinators
- Validate complete kit assembly
- Restock all implant kits with the correct restock
- Ensure all product is assigned and assigned to a bin location
- Handle the return process of all Distributor Inventory products
Requirements
- Excellent communication, analytical, and verbal skills
- Confidence to communicate with leadership team, sales representatives and operations personnel
- Track record of developing and executing company/department goals
- Team player
- Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Bachelor's degree
