About the position

The Call Center Representative will serve as the voice of the company, managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, problem-solving, and ensuring that every customer feels valued and heard. The representative will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to enhance the customer experience while meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide updates, offer services, and build relationships.
  • Accurately document and log all call interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions and excellent service.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is a plus, but we're happy to train enthusiastic candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  • Basic computer skills.
