As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for executing the lead qualification process, effectively qualifying leads, and guiding them through the sales funnel. You will serve as an advocate for Bird's products and services, building interest and awareness of the client's value proposition while assessing mutual fit. Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs is essential to contribute to the overall goals of both the team and the client. You will need to maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Bird's offerings, champion customer success stories, and articulate their value to prospects. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining lead hygiene by tracking activities and updating records in the CRM, setting appointments for sales teams, and providing actionable insights based on customer interactions. To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, where you have made recommendations, supported customers in the buying process, and handled objections. Experience in managing high volumes of incoming customer queries across various platforms is preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools is essential. You should possess exceptional listening skills, strong organization and time management abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
