The Inbound Sales Development Representative at A Place for Mom plays a crucial role in connecting families with senior care options. This position involves taking inbound, pre-screened leads and conducting initial consultation calls to educate families about customized senior care solutions. The representative is expected to deliver an exceptional experience while adhering to the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office.
  • Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
  • Educate families on customized senior care options.
  • Act as the liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
  • Reach daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
  • History of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and navigate internal CRM system.
  • Successfully complete new hire training program.
