About the position

The Inbound Sales Development Representative at A Place for Mom plays a crucial role in connecting families with senior care options. This position involves taking inbound leads and conducting consultations to educate families about various senior living solutions, ensuring a personalized and empathetic experience. The representative will work remotely, adhering to a structured schedule while striving to meet production benchmarks that drive successful outcomes for families seeking care for their loved ones.

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families.
  • Educate families on customized senior care options and match them with appropriate communities or providers.
  • Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers.
  • Meet daily production benchmarks by referring families to communities and scheduling tours to drive move-ins.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, including talking on the phone while taking notes on the computer.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, and ability to navigate internal CRM systems.
  • Successful completion of the new hire training program.
