About the position

The Inbound Sales Representative at Deluxe is responsible for managing inbound calls from clients who have previously connected with MyCorporation. This role involves understanding client needs, placing accurate orders, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes a consultative approach to sales, focusing on building relationships and account management to meet client needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients and assess their needs.
• Place orders accurately and follow up with customers.

• Enter detailed records of customer interactions into the internal system.
• Confirm the accuracy of customer information and orders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in inside sales and administrative work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
