About the position

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Optimum, you will play a crucial role in one of the top grossing sales teams in the country. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers, exceed sales targets, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through Optimum's suite of products and services, including high-speed internet and advanced TV technologies. Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers in assigned territories through market-savvy skills and community engagement.
  • Approach businesses to educate them about the benefits of Optimum's telecom services.
  • Craft tailored telecom packages based on the unique needs of each customer.
  • Stay updated with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the advantages of Optimum's products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, contracts, and sales reports accurately.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for achieving collective goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations in all sales practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
