About the position

As an Incentive Compensation Analyst at Associated Bank, you will play a crucial role in administering, reviewing, and analyzing the bank's incentive and commission programs. This position is designed to support the business strategies and requirements of the organization. Your responsibilities will include auditing, administering, and analyzing various compensation plans, ensuring that all data is accurately tracked, reported, and that database integrity is maintained. You will be the point of contact for responding to inquiries related to Incentive Compensation, ensuring that all responses are prompt and accurate. In addition to these core responsibilities, you will compile and analyze incentive compensation information for senior management, creating tools that help monitor commission plans, associated costs, and revenue generation. You will also assist in the development and modification of incentive plans, which includes creating training and communication documentation to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Furthermore, you will administer commission and incentive systems, overseeing and auditing incentive reporting to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaboration with various departments to compile incentive compensation data will also be a key part of your role, ensuring that all information is comprehensive and up-to-date.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in incentive compensation, preferably in the financial services industry.
