About the position

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Incentive Compensation team to administer incentive compensation plans.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and support partners to execute new hire offers and change requests for compensation structures.
• Ensure accuracy in compensation structure and compliance with legal standards.
• Work with sales managers and finance partners to maintain accuracy in new hire offers and compensation changes.
• Review compensation structures for consistency across roles and locations.
• Manage team responses to inquiries and requests promptly.
• Interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of incentive compensation experience
• 1+ years of experience in the Mortgage industry

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of direct management experience
• 1+ years of experience with Workday HR Management System
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel
• 1+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation or support of compensation or rewards programs
• 1+ years of CompenSafe experience
