About the position

The Incentive Compensation Manager at Movement Mortgage is responsible for overseeing the Incentive Compensation team, ensuring accurate and timely commission and bonus calculations and payouts. This role involves collaboration with key stakeholders, including sales leaders and finance partners, to manage compensation structures and compliance with legal regulations. The position emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and proactive communication to support the company's mission as an Impact Lender.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Incentive Compensation team to administer incentive compensation plans.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and support partners to execute new hire offers and change requests for compensation structures.
  • Ensure accuracy in compensation structure and compliance with legal regulations.
  • Proactively collaborate with sales managers and finance partners to ensure accuracy with new hire offers and compensation structure changes.
  • Review compensation structures for consistency across roles and locations.
  • Manage team responses to inquiries and requests promptly.
  • Interpret local, state, and federal laws regulating compensation practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of incentive compensation experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.

Nice-to-haves

  • 2+ years of direct management experience.
  • 1+ years of experience with Workday HR Management System.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • 1+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation, or support of compensation or rewards programs.
  • 1+ years of CompenSafe experience.
