About the position

The Incentive Compensation Operations Analyst role at TD SYNNEX is a key position within the regional Accounting Operations team, focusing on the administration of various incentive plans in the LAC Region. This role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments, including Finance, HR, and business leaders, to establish effective processes and controls while driving improvements in incentive compensation operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating and setting up new plans every quarter or year in the incentive management tool.
  • Support (or lead) payout process, including calculations, manual compensation adjustments, and approval process in coordination with Finance and other teams.
  • Perform monthly accounting activities such as calculating month-end and quarter-end accruals, posting journal entries, and conducting account analyses and reconciliations.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests from internal customers regarding calculations and tool navigation.
  • Ensure adherence to all compensation policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with incentive management tool provider to troubleshoot operational system issues.
  • Maintain operational reporting functionalities in the incentive management tool, developing and distributing reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to streamline compensation operations.
  • Improve the process of gathering financial results from country Finance teams, exploring automation opportunities.
  • Support all testing requirements for system enhancements.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
