About the position

As an IT Incident Response Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving IT incidents within a newly established in-house IT support team. Your primary focus will be to ensure minimal disruption to operations while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high communication standards. This position is well-suited for individuals at the beginning of their IT careers who have a strong passion for technology and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve IT incidents escalated from the customer service team
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors handling initial calls and ticketing
  • Transition from ServiceNow to Fresh Service for ticket management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high communication standards
  • Take initiative to find solutions and improve incident response processes
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless support

Requirements

  • Entry-level IT experience or relevant certifications (no specific certifications required)
  • Strong interest in technology and IT infrastructure
  • Inquisitive mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work 100% in the office
