About the position

The Income Annuities Operations Analyst role is designed for an experienced professional to manage and process income annuity policies. The position focuses on ensuring the accuracy of forms and calculations, providing customer communication, and utilizing advanced Excel skills to handle complex transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and review forms for good order
  • Process requests in the system
  • Write letters to customers
  • Ensure calculations are correct prior to submission to internal departments
  • Utilize advanced excel skills
  • Provide excellent attention to detail and researching skills
  • Follow processes and procedures accurately and efficiently
  • Be a quick learner with advanced skills for complex transactions
  • Use computer skills to complete tasks effectively

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous experience in annuities, contracts, beneficiaries and benefits changes on income annuity policies
  • Advanced excel experience
  • Attention to detail and researching skills
  • Previous financial or insurance experience is highly desirable
  • Quick learner with advanced skills for complex transactions
  • Computer literate and can follow process and procedures well
  • Advanced computer skills
