About the position

Responsibilities

• Receive and review forms for good order.
• Process requests in the system.
• Write letters to customers as needed.
• Ensure calculations are correct prior to submission to internal departments.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of previous experience in annuities, contracts, beneficiaries, and benefits changes on income annuity policies.
• Advanced Excel experience required.
• Attention to detail and strong researching skills.
• Previous financial or insurance experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures well.

Nice-to-haves

• Contract management experience (1 year preferred).
