Responsibilities

• Enter data into an automated eligibility determination system and perform manual calculations as needed.
• Prepare clear and thorough case documentation regarding client circumstances and changes.
• Ensure all work is completed within deadlines in accordance with Federal and State policy.
• Stay current with changes in policies and procedures relevant to the role.

Requirements

• Four years of experience in interviewing or work requiring the analysis and interpretation of data; or
• A bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social services or a related field.
