Responsibilities

  • Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
