Responsibilities

- Engage in telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Assist clients with the completion of applications and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Participate in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach.
Requirements
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of benefits administration and HIPAA compliance is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable.
- Experience in telemarketing or outside sales is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
