About the position

The Senior Manager/Supervisor role at Kids First is a contracted position focused on expanding the organization's presence and reach within targeted school districts and counties. The primary responsibilities include establishing connections with key referral sources, promoting services, and supporting the recruitment and initial operations of new staff, particularly Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish connections with two school districts.
• Identify key referral sources within these districts.
• Reach out to the identified school districts to add Kids First to their resource lists.
• Attend school fairs to promote Kids First services.
• Engage with parent mentors and Special Education (SPED) staff within these districts.
• Reach out to psychologists and doctors in the area to inform them about Kids First services.
• Reach out to clinics in the area to establish a working relationship as a referral source for clients.
• Identify four to five counties to focus on for outreach and engagement.
• Facilitate introductions of the CEO and Clinical Director to key referral sources.
• Recruit and hire Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Help with the initial recruiting of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Assist BTs in obtaining their RBT where applicable.
• Liaise with new BTs, Talent Acquisition, and HR.
• Conduct intakes and assessments for incoming BCBAs.
• Conduct assessments for new clients.

Requirements

• Experience in establishing connections with educational institutions and healthcare providers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in recruitment and hiring processes, particularly in the behavioral health field.
• Ability to conduct assessments and intakes for clients.

• Familiarity with special education services and resources.
• Experience attending and promoting services at community events.
