About the position
Hemlock Insurance-Plymouth Branch is seeking Insurance Agents to join their team, offering a hybrid work environment. This role provides the opportunity to build a book of business while receiving training and support from experienced professionals. Agents will engage in both personal and commercial insurance sales, utilizing a Trusted Advisor sales process to develop new accounts and manage leads effectively.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new accounts using a Trusted Advisor sales process.
- Execute the Sales Playbook and employ best practices for Personal Lines and Commercial insurance sales.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads in the CRM.
- Build a robust referral partner network.
Requirements
- Track record of high achievement in sales or related fields.
- Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts.
- Ability to obtain a Property/Casualty Insurance License.
Nice-to-haves
- Already possess a Property/Casualty Insurance License.
- Experience in insurance sales or advisory roles.
