As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will play a crucial role in providing eye and vision care while maintaining autonomy over your practice. This position allows you to establish your own schedule, set your fees, and retain 100% of your professional fees, all while having the option to utilize equipment and administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive eye and vision care to patients.

Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid state optometry license.
- General Liability Certificate.
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
- W-9 form.
