As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Walmart stores, you will play a crucial role in providing eye and vision care while maintaining autonomy over your practice. This position allows you to establish your own schedule, control patient fees, and retain all professional fees earned, while optionally accessing support services and equipment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid state optometry license.
- General Liability Certificate.
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
- W-9.
