About the position

The Property Field Adjuster role involves inspecting properties and writing damage appraisals using preferred estimating software, primarily Xactimate. This position emphasizes transparency, autonomy, and respect, aiming to deliver high-quality estimates and exceptional customer satisfaction. Adjusters will work independently while ensuring timely delivery of their assignments.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties as assigned.
• Write fair and economical damage appraisals using Xactimate.
• Ensure transparency and respect in all dealings with partners and clients.
• Focus on cycle times and meet deadlines for appraisal submissions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of field claims/property estimating experience.
• Experience with electronic estimating platforms, preferably Xactimate.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Genuine care for estimate quality and customer/property owner satisfaction.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Understanding of insurance policy and coverage.
• Knowledge of commercial and residential property estimating.
• Valid Adjuster license as required.
• Valid Driver's License.
