Requirements

  • Must maintain residency and live within the United States.
  • 18 months of proven Medicare Insurance Sales experience as an Independent agent.
  • Strong technology skills to navigate multiple systems easily.
  • High level of integrity and customer focus.
  • Alignment with eHealth's mission and values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM systems and telephonic sales.
  • Ability to acquire additional health licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist beneficiaries in navigating health insurance options, particularly Medicare coverage.
  • Listen to clients' needs and provide expert advice on selecting the best health insurance options.
  • Utilize eHealth's partnerships with national and regional health insurance companies to find suitable coverage for clients.
  • Handle inbound telephonic Medicare leads generated through eHealth's marketing plans.
  • Occasionally make outbound calls to follow up on pipelined leads.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate high call volumes during specified hours.
