About the position

The Independent Travel Advisor position is a remote role designed for individuals passionate about travel and helping others plan their trips. This position allows for flexible hours and the opportunity to work independently while being part of a supportive team. Advisors will engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, book various travel arrangements, and stay updated on travel trends.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Learn what clients want and need (budget, preferences, destinations)
• Book hotels, flights, cruises, car rentals, tours, activities, and more
• Provide quotes, create itineraries, and issue invoices
• Keep up with travel trends and restrictions

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and located in the U.S., Mexico, or Australia
• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently but open to seeking help when necessary

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the travel industry
• Familiarity with travel booking systems
• Strong communication skills
