About the position

The Independent Travel Agent (I.T.A.) position at The Travel Box International is a fully remote, commission-based role designed for individuals passionate about travel and capable of working independently. As an I.T.A., you will market, sell, and promote travel services, create itineraries, and manage trips for clients while leveraging the support and resources provided by the company. This role allows you to run your own business and earn commissions from leading travel suppliers, with access to ongoing training and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Market, sell and promote travel services.
• Create travel itineraries and manage trips for clients.
• Generate your own client base.
• Offer professional travel services to clients.
• Attend initial training, IGNITE, in Tampa, FL on Feb 3 - 5, 2025.

Requirements

• Must be an independent contractor (1099).
• Passion for travel and ability to work independently.
• Previous experience as a travel agent/advisor is preferred but not mandatory.

Nice-to-haves
