About the position

The position is for a Manager in the Tax Reporting and Strategy practice within the Innovation services at PwC. The role focuses on helping clients enhance their tax departments by incorporating automation, improving data integration, and developing analytic capabilities. The Manager will lead efforts to redesign tax processes, making them more strategic and efficient, while also contributing to the overall mission of the Innovation Team to drive technological advancements in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in redesigning and automating their tax reporting processes.
• Enhance analytic capabilities through data integration and quality data management.
• Develop solid internal controls to improve the quality of tax outputs.
• Coach team members and encourage personal development.
• Analyze complex ideas and build meaningful recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
• Manage client engagements and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Simplify complex messages and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in tax consulting or related areas.
• CPA or other relevant tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials.
