The Individual and Family Plans (IFP) Sales Enablement Sr. Manager is a pivotal role within Cigna Healthcare, responsible for enhancing sales and distribution through the strategic development, delivery, and management of sales partnerships and assets that drive revenue. The sales assets under this role include several quoting and enrollment engines, Salesforce, Cigna for Brokers, and call center technology. This leader will play a crucial role in expanding external partnerships and managing the ongoing operations of vendor relationships. Collaborating closely with the Digital Strategy Sr. Advisor, the Sr. Manager will advocate for and deliver critical projects that align with sales goals.
