About the position
The Indoor Cycling Instructor position at Five Starr Pilates & Fitness involves leading group cycling classes in a boutique studio setting. Responsibilities
- Lead indoor cycling classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
- Create engaging and challenging cycling routines to motivate and inspire class attendees.
- Provide guidance on proper cycling techniques and form to prevent injuries.
- Monitor participants' progress and offer modifications as needed.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all class participants.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in indoor cycling instruction.
Requirements
- Group fitness and teaching experience
- Proficiency in indoor cycling instruction
- Knowledge of body mechanics and anatomy
- Certification in group fitness or cycling instruction
- Familiarity with program design for cycling classes
- Premium skills in physiology and kickboxing are a plus
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in teaching
- Additional certifications in fitness or cycling
