About the position

The Indoor/Outdoor Patrol Security Officer at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for clients and their guests. Responsibilities

• Conduct indoor and outdoor patrols throughout the shift.
• Perform access control duties as required.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and their guests.
• Respond to incidents and assist in conflict resolution when necessary.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Standard computer and technology skills needed.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are a plus.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Must possess a Nevada Guard Card.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
